Zeina Fayad

Candidate for the Title of Psychologist

To me, therapy is a space where we can equip ourselves with tools to better navigate life’s challenges and regain a sense of control and serenity.
Every person experiences unique emotions and challenges. My role is to support you in understanding what you’re going through and help you develop practical, personalized tools to meet your needs. Together, we will work on strengthening your inner resources, easing your concerns, and reconnecting with what truly matters to you.
Therapy is a way to prepare yourself to face life’s uncertainties with confidence and resilience. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can grow at your own pace, feeling fully supported and respected.
Throughout my career, I have developed a particular interest in the suffering caused by traumatic or abusive situations, as well as the vulnerabilities some individuals acquire due to and as a result of significant life challenges. I strive to provide each client with tailored, empathetic, and respectful support.
As a therapist with over 15 years of experience, I am trilingual (Arabic, French, and English), which allows me to adapt to diverse cultural contexts and better understand the unique needs of my clients. I integrate various approaches, including psychoanalysis, humanistic methods, and cognitive-behavioral therapy, to offer truly personalized care. I believe in collaborative therapy, where trust and mutual understanding are at the heart of the process.
