Michelle DePooter

Stagiaire en conseil

Do you feel like life is getting the best of you? Are life transitions causing anxiety? Do you wish you could talk with someone to get your thoughts in order? You are not alone. I am available to walk with you as you work through challenges and find hope. I believe everyone can change and desire to foster a warm and empathetic therapeutic relationship. I have a background in spiritual care, so I am open to incorporating spirituality in therapy, if this is something that is important to you. Through my experience in working with diverse cultures, I recognize that everyone approaches therapy differently, and I adjust my treatment plan to everyone’s unique needs. I am a counselling intern, finishing my Master of Arts in Counselling. I approach therapy from a person-centred and integrative perspective. My goal is to empower each person to move to a place of healing and flourishing. I conduct therapy in English, online or in person.
