Chloé Laflamme

Counsellor

Everyone goes through seasons that feel heavy, confusing, or hard to make sense of. Perhaps you are facing a big change, coping with loss, working through relationship struggles, or carrying the weight of past experiences. Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to figure it out on your own. In counselling, you’ll have a space to slow down, process what you’re going through, and be met with genuine understanding.

I see our work together as a partnership — one where we get curious about what truly matters to you and lean into the strengths you already have. My goal is for you to leave our sessions feeling more grounded, more connected to yourself and others, and more capable of handling whatever life brings. Over time, this kind of work can help you understand yourself more clearly, make decisions rooted in your values, and move closer to a life that feels meaningful.

I work with both teens and adults, and my approach blends humanistic, feminist, and mindfulness-informed practices to build a working relationship that feels safe and empowering. I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach — instead, I shape our work around what you specifically need, based on your history, goals, and lived experience. With a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, my background includes several years supporting youth in community and educational settings. Ultimately, I want our time together to help you see your own strengths clearly, build trust in yourself, and face life’s challenges with more confidence and self-compassion.
