Sukhmeet Randhawa

Counsellor

If you are experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, family conflict, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, or difficulties settling in as a new immigrant, I am here to support you through it all. I am committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges by creating a safe, empathetic, and culturally responsive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. Together, we can work toward personal growth, healing, and meaningful change.

Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs—helping you move from feeling stuck to feeling more empowered, grounded, and hopeful about your future. Over time, you may find yourself better able to manage challenges, build healthier relationships, and rediscover a sense of purpose.

I draw on a range of approaches including CBT, ACT, IFS, mindfulness, humanistic, and strength-based therapies, always adapting to what works best for you. My training in family systems theory and Gottman Couples Level 1 also enables me to support couples and families in navigating conflict and building stronger connections.

Taking the first step toward healing can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. In our work together, you’ll have a safe and supportive space to explore your thoughts, process emotions, and move toward the life you want. If you’re ready to begin this journey, I invite you to reach out—I would be honoured to walk alongside you.
