Achment (Karlos) Dimitriadis

Therapist under Supervision

Sometimes we feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from ourselves, unsure of how to move forward or make sense of what we’re experiencing. Maybe your thoughts feel heavy, your emotions intense, or your relationships draining and confusing. You are not alone. It’s natural to feel this way at times — we’re only human.

Therapy can be a space where you begin to slow things down, make sense of what’s weighing on you, and reconnect with yourself within a space that solely focuses on you. It may feel messy at first, but that’s expected. Growth happens one step at a time, often beginning in moments of pain and discomfort.

Through a warm, empathetic, and collaborative approach – and a light touch of humour along the way – I strive to create a space where you feel safe, seen, felt and supported.

With seven years of front-line experience as a behavioral support worker and a multicultural background, I embody a culturally sensitive, person-centered philosophy to meet you where you are.

Together, we’ll explore your experiences, uncover patterns, overcome obstacles and build a deeper understanding of yourself and your vision. As our work progresses, I’ll support you in translating insights into practical steps towards sustainable, meaningful change – helping you feel more aligned, empowered, and equipped to traverse life’s challenges with greater clarity, confidence and self-compassion.

I believe that genuine, authentic interactions are one of the keys to creating real, impactful change in our lives. Through psychoeducation, reflective exploration and a holistic stance I aim to help clients better understand why they may be feeling overwhelmed, shut down, stuck in fight or flight, running on empty or simply feel like they’re not themselves.

My goal is to help you define and mobilize your tools towards your desired destinations. Whether you seek answers, goal-oriented solutions, direction, alternatives, or simply someone to talk to, it is my pleasure to walk alongside you.
