Lara Kojok

Doctoral Student in Psychology (PhD/PsyD) — Psychotherapy Services Under Supervision

If you’re dealing with anxiety, working through trauma, relationship issues, or trying to make sense of a health crisis that’s turned your sense of normal upside down, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, isolated, or like no one quite understands what you’re carrying. These feelings are normal, and that there is a way through them.

Anxiety, self-esteem and coping difficulties, and the weight of a difficult diagnosis can make you feel like you’ve lost yourself and your footing. You don’t have to face that alone.

My approach is humanistic and integrative, meaning I adapt to each person, rather than applying the same method to everyone. Together, we’ll work toward real, practical relief — we’ll work not only to ease your symptoms, but also to build lasting stability, a deeper understanding of yourself, and a renewed sense of hope. Many clients leave therapy feeling more equipped to handle whatever life brings, more connected to their own resilience, and better able to find meaning even in difficult chapters of life.
