Mariam helps clients explore their challenges by understanding early childhood experiences and relationships, while also focusing on emotional exploration and expression. Together with her clients, she works through defenses and builds a strong therapeutic relationship.

Fluent in both English and Arabic, Mariam offers a gentle, guiding presence in therapy. She does not lead or fill the time for her clients, nor does she assign homework, ensuring that clients have the space to explore their emotions in a safe, supportive environment. Mariam is especially skilled in working with trauma, mood, and anxiety disorders.
