When everything feels heavy, even reaching out takes effort. I’m glad you’re here.
Maybe you’ve been lying awake replaying the same conversations, waking up already tired, or moving through your days on autopilot. Maybe you’re carrying something you can’t quite put into words, and you’re not even sure where to begin. Therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you’re sharing parts of yourself with someone you don’t know yet. My approach is warm, genuine, and grounded in the belief that therapy is a human-to-human relationship. You don’t need to have everything figured out before we begin. We’ll take the time to understand what you’re going through, at your pace, in a space where you can feel heard, respected, and accepted without judgment.
Together, we’ll make sense of the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and find ways to navigate difficult emotions and life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence. My hope is that, over time, the things that feel overwhelming begin to take up less space, while you have more room for the people, relationships, goals, and parts of life that matter to you. You don’t have to do this perfectly, and you don’t have to do it alone. We can start wherever you are.
