Zeinab Hammoud
Psychology Intern by Equivalency — Psychotherapy Services Under Supervision
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel completely overwhelming, but you do not have to carry this weight alone.
It is entirely normal to feel disconnected, or exhausted by the emotional pain you might be carrying. When life feels heavy, you might struggle with a deep lack of understanding about why you feel this way or how to make it stop. Navigating these intense emotions on your own can feel lonely and confusing. Please know that whatever you are experiencing in this moment is valid, and you are welcome here just as you are.
Together, we will create a safe, gentle space to look at these difficult feelings without judgment and figure things out at your own pace. There is a path forward, and hope is entirely within your reach. In our time together, we will collaborate to uncover your strengths and unpack the heavy burdens. As we work together, you can begin to feel free of emotional pain and much better equipped to handle life’s challenges with confidence. Ultimately, my goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, experience lasting relief, and find a deep sense of purpose and joy in every aspect of your life.
