I work under the supervision of Dr. Lara Kalaf and Dr. Ann Gamsa. I offer my services in both English and Spanish.

With a deep understanding of the complexity of the human experience, my practice focuses on addressing the biological, psychological, and social dimensions that influence mental health. My goal is to provide a warm and supportive space where you can explore your emotions, thoughts, and behaviours, and find solutions that promote greater well-being in your life. I have trained healthcare professionals and teachers on mental health topics and have conducted workshops and conferences for parents on mental health. I am also the author of scientific articles and book chapters on psychological autopsy and depression.

Understanding the importance of being able to communicate in the language in which you feel most comfortable, I offer my services in both English and Spanish. I firmly believe in the importance of inclusivity and accessibility in psychological care. No matter what challenges you're facing, you don't have to face them alone.

Professional Background:
Currently an intern in psychology at OPQ, Ph.D. in Psychology (Mexico) in 2020, Master's in Behavioural Biology in 2014 (Mexico), and Bachelor's in Psychology since 2009 (Mexico). I have developed my clinical experience in health centres, psychiatric hospitals, and schools. Additionally, I have conducted research on suicidal behaviour in Canada and Mexico.
