Hannah Buteau
Counselor
Confronting your relationship with yourself, others, or your surrounding environment can be extremely daunting and overwhelming, and without the right tools and coping strategies, can often lead to frustration, stress, and anxiety. You don’t have to navigate these feelings alone. By tapping into your inner strength and resources, we will reclaim your present while redefining a future with enhanced purpose and clarity.
Drawing from various modalities, I enjoy working from an eclectic approach often integrating CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as solution-focused techniques into my practice. However, regardless of the specific treatment interventions employed, I believe that the most important aspect of therapy is a strong therapeutic alliance. I would love to support you along your journey to wellness.
