We are thrilled to introduce Emily Carrese-Chacra, the newest member of our team at Mindsession Intercultural Psychology. Emily is here to provide you with a supportive and nonjudgmental space to address the challenges you may be facing, such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, grief, and relationship or work-related difficulties.
With a client-centered approach tailored to your unique needs, Emily strives to foster a warm, supportive, and empathetic environment where you can explore your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. This personalized care aims to help you navigate life's challenges and achieve a greater sense of well-being.
Currently a Ph.D. candidate in clinical psychology under the supervision of Dr. Lara Kalaf, Emily integrates techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness principles. By working together, you can develop the tools you need to feel more equipped to achieve your personal goals and cultivate the well-being, meaning, and purpose you desire in life.
We are excited to have this compassionate therapist on board to support you on your journey toward mental wellness.
