We are pleased to welcome Andreze do Nascimento Silva to the Mindsession team as a Psychology Intern completing her equivalency and provides psychotherapy services under the supervision of Dr. Elie Rizkallah. Andreze holds a Master in Psychology from the University of Juiz de Fora and is a licensed psychologist in Brazil.
Andreze do Nascimento Silva works with individuals, couples, and families experiencing concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, emotional regulation, sleep difficulties, relationship challenges, and life transitions. She is particularly interested in helping individuals build more fulfilling relationships, supporting couples in reconnecting, and helping families foster a more supportive environment where each member can grow while remaining true to themselves.
Her approach is collaborative, warm, and practical, drawing primarily from cognitive-behavioral and systemic perspectives, alongside client-centred and culturally sensitive practices. She adapts her work to each client’s needs and circumstances, emphasizing self-understanding, practical tools for managing difficult emotions, and the exploration of relational patterns that may be affecting well-being. Andreze brings over ten years of experience as a psychologist in Brazil, including clinical practice, psychological assessment, psychotherapy, university teaching, and clinical supervision. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and specialized training in Systemic Family Therapy and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.
